How long do I have the rental items?
All rental items are priced per weekend. See pickup and return times below.
When do I need to make my reservation?
We recommend making your reservation as soon as you know what you will need.
This will ensure that you can get exactly what you want when you need it. Please see our reservation/cancellation Policy below.
What do I need to make my reservation?
We require an initial deposit at the time of reservation. Please see Reservation/Cancellation Policy below. Payment maybe made in person or over the phone via a credit or debit card.
Do you charge extra fees for paying with a credit or debit card?
NO. Simply Elegant does NOT charge any extra fees for paying with a credit or debit card.
What is the Reservation Policy?
What happens if I have to cancel my event?
- 31+ Days prior to event date - 25% NON-REFUNDABLE.
- 30 -15 Days prior to event date - 50% NON-REFUNDABLE.
- 14 Days prior to event date - 100% NON-REFUNDABLE
- Client shall bear the risk of loss of any and all non-refundable retainers or deposits should the planned event date be interrupted or cancelled due to Acts of God, disease, pandemic, fire, flood, explosion, earthquake, and other natural forces, war civil unrest, accident, any strike or labor disturbance, travel restrictions, delays resulting from federal, state, or local action or any other cause whether similar or dissimilar to any of the foregoing which could not have been prevented by Simply Elegant Event Rentals. Rental orders affected and/or postponed will be moved to a rescheduled date (subject to availability). All rental items and monies paid prior will roll over to the rental order on the rescheduled date. The client will be liable for 50% of the total rental order, at the time of re-scheduling. Should customer decide to cancel after an event has been re-scheduled; 50% of the total is still non-refundable. All monies previously paid above and beyond 50% will be refunded.
When can I pickup my rental?
All rental items for the weekend may be picked up starting Friday afternoon between
2:00pm – 4:30pm and all day Saturday From 9:00am – 4:30pm. Please speak with staff for events not on Saturday or Sunday. See Temporary Hours on our HOME page. Due to covid19- all pickups are treated as curbside pickup. Please remain inside your vehicle, truck open, and personal belongings removed BEFORE pulling to our garage door for our staff to load.
When do I need to return my rental?
All rental items must be returned Monday mornings between 9:00am – 4:30pm, unless otherwise expressed or
late fees may be charged. Due to covid19 - all returns are treated as curbside drop off. Please remain inside your vehicle, trunk open, and personal belongings removed BEFORE pulling to the garage door to return. Staff will great you at your car window to get your name for the return. Once the staff has unloaded and checked in all your rental return, you are good to go! No need to come inside our office!
What is a Damage Waiver?
An 8% nonrefundable damage waiver is charged on all rental items. This damage waiver covers rental items that are damaged through normal use.
All broken and damaged items, including broken glassware and china, must be returned to Simply Elegant Rentals.
The damage waiver does not cover damage, loss, or negligence.

Any item not returned (including crates and racks)
Candle wax on linen
Excessive amounts of breakage (negligence).
The replacement cost of all missing items will be charged to the customer. Simply Elegant Rentals
reserves the right to charge these costs to the credit card on file for the event payments. If the missing items are returned to Simply Elegant Rentals within 30 days, the cost will be reimbursed.
Do you deliver/pickup?
We do offer delivery and/or pickup services on most orders for an additional fee. Delivery
is for drop-off service only. Setup is not included with delivery, but offered for additional cost. Rates depend on geographical location.
If rental items are to be delivered and/or pickup during non-business hours, including nights after 5:00pm,
or Sunday, additional charges will apply. Customer must be present for all deliveries.
Please call the office for delivery rates. Due to covid19 - Staff is no longer allowed to delivery/pickup INDOORS at your private residence. However, staff can stack items outdoors or inside a garage as long as the garage door is OPEN. We are sorry for any inconvenience but hope you understand that the health of our employees are of our utmost importance. Venue or Business delivery/pickup will vary - please provide our staff with your location so they can better assist with any policy changes with delivery and/or pickup for your specific location.
Do you offer set-up and break down Services?
We do offer Set-up and break down services on most of our rental items,
please call the office for a quote. Table setup is $1.00each and Chair setup is .50 cents each.
Do I have to wash the dishes before I return them?
Some-what. All china, flatware, and glassware must be returned free of all food
and/or liquid. We ask that all plates are scraped to remove as much as possible, or cleaning fees will be charged.
Do I need to wash linens before I return them?
No. When it comes to linens all we ask is that you shake linens free of all food and decor
and we will take care of the rest. We do recommend that if the linens get wet, from
water or spills, that you hang them to dry and not ball or fold them up, until they
are completely dry. Balling up or folding wet linens will cause them to mildew.
Damage such as mildew will require you to replace the linen at full cost.
Will I be charged if the linens get stained?
Most stains are common and are not a problem for us to get out. The only stains
you need to be aware of are stains such as mildew, candle wax, ink, or damage such
as burns or tears. These types of stains can not be removed therefore you would
be responsible for replacing the linen at full cost .
Do you Price Match?
We do! If you find a lower price with another local rental company, bring us your quote. We will only price match for identical items.
Price matching is for rental items only ; cost such as special orders, delivery, pickup & setup are excluded.
Is Simply Elegant taking any precautions due to COVID-19?
Simply Elegant and its staff is doing our part to stop the spread of covid19. Simply Elegant will be sanitizing all rental equipment between each rental. Pens, clipboards, desk, counters, etc are sanitized many times throughout the day. We will be limiting customers into our showroom area to ONLY 4 at one time. We ask that customers practice SOCIAL DISTANCING of 6ft. We encourage appointments for brides looking to plan their wedding rentals with our staff. For all customer pickup and returns at our store we have initiated a curbside pickup and return policy. Customers are asked to remain in their vehicle while staff loads or unloads their rental items. Our staff has been provided with mask, gloves, and sanitizer to ensure their safety. We have asked our staff to practice social distancing of 6ft. Please understand they they are asked to NOT shake hands during this time. We appreciate your business, and will stick with using our words to express our gratitude. Each staff member is a vital part of our company and their health is essential to us. We appreciate your efforts as our customer to ensure their safety and the prevention in the spread of COVID19.
